Program Design

An individual program is a plan to take advantage of the body’s ability to adapt to stress and elicit a specific training response. If we design a program with appropriate training volume and intensity, while incorporating the proper recovery period between training sessions, our clients will succeed in achieving their fitness goals. There is no such thing as a one size fits all program. While Group Fitness programs have delivered excellent results and have helped many people lead higher quality lives, the reality is, no two individuals are the same and what works for one, may not work for the other. The most efficient way to achieve your goals is through a program that is specifically tailored to help you overcome your weaknesses and achieve the results you are looking for. Fitness is a continuous journey of self-exploration which is why having an individualized program is imperative to your success.

Program Design is not just for competitive athletes. Our client base consists of individuals with goals surrounding weight loss, improved quality of life, fitness for career goals, recovering from an injury, overcoming an illness, and competitive goals. If you are injured or overcoming an illness, a personal program combined with a clean diet will help you with a safe and effective recovery.

Programs are offered for both offsite and onsite clients. When registering for program design you can expect to receive an initial assessment with your coach. The assessment will help us get a clear understanding of your goals, weaknesses, lifestyle, stressors, etc. We will also take pictures and measurements to documents your journey. After your assessment, you will receive your program on a weekly basis. Throughout your journey, you will receive ongoing support and guidance from your coach.
