1-2 Day Shipping (Priority Mail Express): Items placed before 2pm MST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm MST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS/Canada Post exceptions beyond our control.

4-5 Standard Shipping (USA/Canada): Please allow 1-2 business days for these orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped by USPS/Canada Post and received within 4-5 business days. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.
Free Shipping – Orders over $250 (Canada): Please allow 1-2 business days for these orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped by USPS/Canada Post and received within 4-5 business days. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS/Canada Post exceptions beyond our control.
International Shipping – Please allow 7 to 14 business days to reach the country of destination, then the shipment has to clear customs. The speed of clearing customs depends on the particular country. We also have different shipping options available if you need the item faster than standard shipping. International shipping fees will vary. Duty and tax fees are paid by the customer when the package arrives.
Undeliverable Packages: If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by USPS or UPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $8.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address within the US and Canada. For international orders a flat rate of $20.00 will be charged.
We offer ROUTE as a package insurance to protect your order in case it gets lost or stolen. If your package does not arrive, and you purchased Route at check out, you can start a claim.
If you did not purchase insurance, we recommend to contact the postal carrier for further assistance. By deselecting Route at checkout, Nova 3 Labs is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We will accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of DELIVERY. Product must be in original packaging, sealed and unopened.
Returns that do not meet the requirements will NOT be accepted and additional postage of $10 will have to be paid to return item back to you.
DO NOT break the outer, plastic seal. If you do, and you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 return fee will incur.
Please allow 5-7 business days (Once we receive the product) for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent.
If the order is returned past the 30 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you for a $10 fee and no credit will be given.
Refunds: You will receive an email when your refund has been issued to the original form of payment. A $10.00 RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY ON ALL REFUNDS OR YOU CAN RECEIVE STORE CREDIT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT
Exchanges: If you are sending any product back, unopened, with the seal fully in tact, to exchange for a new product, please include instructions in your package.
