Gym Bag Necessity
I love having an supplement option for my workout performance that’s in pill form. Dry scooping pre workout is NOT something I plan on doing, and some workouts just don’t go well when you’ve chugged a full bottle of water right before.
If I workout later in the evening I combine this with the caffeine free Max Perform so that I can still get to sleep at a decent time! I also use Max Capacity on its own when I’ve already maxed out my daily caffeine intake....which is more often than I would like to admit.
I like that I can leave it in my gym bag and don’t have to worry about powder exploding onto the 4 pairs of shoes, knee sleeves, lifting belt, 3 sets of wrist wraps, 2 pairs of grips, and the 7 pens that also live in there.
