Awesome Post-Workout Treat
In the past, I have always struggled with getting enough protein and carbohydrates in after my workouts. I would try to carry around a protein shake and a banana, but my banana would always get smashed in my gym bag or I would forget it at home.
I love the convenience of Max Recovery because I can just add it into my shaker, along with my Max Protein, for a great post-workout recovery shake. The nice thing about Max Recovery is that it's flavorless so you can add it to anything. It also creates a milkshake-like texture because it makes your shake super creamy. I love it!
